the texture of this liquid lipstick reminds me so much of the old-school Lime Crime formulas..it’s very pigment-rich and dries down to a true matte. Even better, the shade “Red Love” is a gorgeous, true blue-based red that is nearly identical to my all-time favorite MAC lipstick, “Russian Red.”Pros:Having the matching liner included is a total time-saver for my busy mornings. It glides on smoothly without tugging, which is essential for getting that crisp, “sculpted” look in a hurry.Insane Staying PowerThis stuff is legitimately waterproof and smudge-proof. I can drink my morning coffee (let it dry first) and go through school drop-offs without having to worry about my lipstick migrating across my face.High-End Pigment..The color payoff is incredible. Non drying stay on lipstick – wish there were more colors.
I have a really hard time finding stay on lipstick that doesn’t dry my lips out and enhance my lip lines. This is the first product I found that doesn’t do that. I wish it came in other colors. Love this. I love the color of the red. It stayed on and was not sticky.

New Fave Lip Kit!
OMG I’m in LOVE with this Rougine lip kit, color Boujee. It comes with the lip liner and matte liquid lipstick. The liner is smooth and the aftermath is amazing! Dries fast, not clumpy/cracky, nor sticky at all. I will be purchasing the other colors. I highly highly recommend!!!

New favorite lipstick
So silky and smooth. I bought one for my sister for Christmas, but will be purchasing another for myself. I normally don’t like lipstick because it feels so heavy and gets all over the place, but this is so soft and light and is transfer proof.

Beautiful Color, but a Bit Dry for My Lips
I really love the French Kiss shade — it’s flattering, polished, and easy look put-together without being over the top. The color payoff is strong, and it definitely delivers that true matte finish the description promises.That said, the liquid lipstick itself felt a little chalky and dry on my lips. I live in Colorado, and the dry climate is not forgiving, so I tend to need more hydration than most. Even with good lip prep, this formula emphasized dryness on me after a bit of wear.The lip liner, however, is excellent. It glides on smoothly, doesn’t tug, and holds its shape really well throughout the day. I’ll absolutely keep using the liner on its own with other lip products.Pros:-Gorgeous, flattering color-Long-lasting, true matte finish-Lip liner is smooth, precise, and long-wearing-Great for shaping and defining lipsCons:-Liquid lipstick feels cakey, dry, especially in a dry climate-Not ideal for very dry or sensitive lips without extra prepOverall, this set is a good option if you love matte lips and long wear, but if you live in a dry climate like I do, you may want to layer it over a balm or focus on keeping the liner and pairing it with a more hydrating lipstick.

Daddy’s Girl is a medium pink coral
I was surprised by how soft the lipliner is. It has the consistency of a lipstick and in fact feathered outward when I used it to outline my lips, when it should be serving to keep the lip gloss from spreading outside the lip line.The lip gloss is fine. It is more like a liquid lipstick, with good coverage and shine. Lasting power was typical for a lip gloss, which is to say, fine until you eat something.I tried out the shade Daddy’s Girl which is a medium pink coral. The lipliner is a shade darker than the lip gloss and the two work well together, aside from the lip liner’s feathering issue. It was flattering to my light neutral skin tone.Sadly I have no idea where this set was made. The manufacturing location is required for cosmetics to be legally sold within the US.
