I love to use Teals epsom salts in a full bath, and in foot soaks. It really helsp to relieve aches and pains, reduce swelling, and soften the skin. The scent of this product was a little strong and more floral than ginger, hence the 4 stars. I prefer the mint and eucalyptus blend.

Smells fantastic, makes for a very relaxing bath. I like to “decant” these into a glass apothecary canister next to the tub for a little extra Luxury.
