Powerful Suction, Good Cleaning
I’ve used both the facial exfoliating brush and the pore suction. You MUST be very careful. Do NOT stay over one place too long or it WILL break blood vessels and you will end up with an unsightly bruise/hickey on your face (ask me how I know!).This has been great for sucking the puss out of newly surfaced acne. When done right, it speeds up the healing process 90% (at least it did for me).I’ve only tried one of the brush heads so far, but I’ve found it to be satisfactory.One downside that I’ve come across is that I dropped the pumice stone attachment and it came out of the plastic piece. I think I can super glue it back in but I haven’t tried yet. The glue should be stronger to avoid this from happening.

Power won’t turn off
Love this facial brush. Used 4 times. Went to recharge after battery completely died and the unit won’t turn off. The only way I can use this item is if I charge and use immediately after charging. Disappointing….It’s only a matter of time until unit completely fails and it makes a “rechargeable” device pointless..

The one star is for the experience and not the product itself.This is the 2nd time I’m trying to post a review for this order; looks like the first time it was not approved.When I received this product one of the brushes was already used.How do I contact the seller directly to get a new green brush head?The other brushes looked fine and even after using the blue brush head for a couple times, it still looks 10x newer than the green brush head which I haven’t used at all. I did try one brush head that appeared to be brand-new (after thorough inspection!). The brush works well overall but I’m very disappointed about receiving an obviously used product. If the seller can’t send me a new brush head I’m just going return it.4 stars for deep cleaning, it removes make up well but you have to avoid extra sensitive areas like around your eyes.3 stars for sensitive skin because even though it’s okay on most of the face, it turned my forehead red, even with minimal pressure. You probably have to use the silicone head.There’s 2 layers of protection against water and as long as you don’t submerge it under water it should be fine.
