I’ve been using the this Face Scrubber Exfoliator for a couple of weeks, and it’s definitely become a staple in my skincare routine. I use Daily mode most often, which is perfect for a gentle cleanse. Battery dies fairly fast and the power isn’t as strong as I hoped, especially compared to similar products I’ve used in the past. The scrub heads have popped off a few times while using the device— seems to depend on the angle or part of my face I’m washing. The scrub heads appeared new however the plug cover at the bottom of the device was open when I removed it from the box and it simply does not fit where it is meant to. Not a big deal, but if water gets in there and the device stops working within a year I will be asking for a replacement.UPDATE – they reached out to offer me a full refund and allowed me to keep the product. This was not necessary but was very much appreciated. Should I need a replacement in the future, I will plan to re-order. Changed review to 5 stars (was previously 3/5 due to issues) because at a price of $0, I couldn’t be happier! They did not require a review change for the refund, but I think this seems fair.

Stopped Working
researched the reviews of this product prior to choosing. I seen some complained that the brush heads were too rough or that the machine quit working after a few months. I’m1 for 2.I loved that I had several choices for the brush heads so I figured at least one would work for me. And it did! I used the same 2 brush heads (one for daily use and one for deep cleansing) 1-2 times/ day for the lifetime of the product. The brush heads are still in great condition and makeup washed off of them easily with soap and water.Unfortunately, I did say for the lifetime of the product. After 4 months it just stopped working. I charged it one day and it just didn’t turn on again after that. I followed all of the directions regarding charging and shower use. I have no idea why it stopped working and I am very disappointed. I would have given this product a 5 star review except for the whole not working thing. I loved how clean it made my face and neck feel. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Water resistance, multiple cleansing pads to choose from and cost

I love these face cleansers but better to buy the cheaper waterproof battery one. I wanted this nice one with the stand for my shower but it never took a charge. Disappointed.
