Not Refillable At All, Not Even With Pliers!
I am giving this a one star due to the lack of customer service received from the brand on this product defect. As for the lipstick, it has a nice texture. It is creamy and has a vibrant color. It is easy to apply, has a good glide going across the lips. It is designed to moisturize the lips and not dry them out. I believe that the value is good for a refillable option for the chain necklace.With that being said, getting to the refillable situation. This item is not refillable. It can’t not be removed from the carton that it is packaged in. I reached out to the brand about this. The person that I spoke to advised me that you must use some force and that it should be able to be removed. Well, I used pliers, and even then, it would not come out. I don’t want to break it, so it looks like it will just be used as a lipstick without being able to use it interchangeably with my chain necklace. There is only one color that works with the necklace.The other colors can’t be removed from the carton. Perhaps the brand has improved them by now, but don’t be surprised by this if it has not. It is unfortunate because I really am not getting the full experience and when I reached out to the brand advising them that I still could not remove it from the carton, they became non-responsive. Hopefully, you will receive a good carton should you decide to purchase this. Otherwise, just plan to use it for lipstick if you love the color.

El empaque me chocó pq es como de cartón y se aguada cada que lo limpias o lavas para quitarle el pegamento de la etiqueta y ya me imagino posterior con el desinfectante o toallitas de cloro lo que pasará. Por intentar quitalo hasta me equivoqué y lo abrí sin querer cerrado y me volé la punta del labial. El color está super lindo 💕 si compran compren hot hot pink! 💖
