The only perfect match to my very fair & very neutral skin tone – & luckily the formula is amazing!! So very flattering, natural, and comfortable! Did not cause a breakout on my acne-prone skin. Amazing quality! Love that it’s not too much coverage, and doesn’t look cakey, but definitely builds to medium coverage. I pray Idun never stops making it!

I’ve tried the pressed powder by this brand and loved it so much I wanted some foundation. It smooths easily and looks silky smooth. If you like dewy ,this is it. It’s a lightweight that gives good coverage. It seems to help brighten complexion, or at least make it look like it. Would work great for dry skin or all skin types I’m my humble opinion. I can’t say good enough things about it, I love it so much. It takes very little.

I have very dry skin and this foundation works well for me. I’ve tried so many and either too oily and makes my eye makeup bleed or too drying and looks bad. It has nice coverage, feel and no smell. The reason for 4 stars. And not 5 is, it is too light for my skin tone. The chart used on the women’s arms is hard to tell what color is what.

The smell is pure chemical. The finish is not luminous and dewy. The finish is flat. So many better foundations out there. Bottom line is ‘you get what you pay for’…..

Great Texture
I wanted a natural-looking foundation. I’m too old for the “matte-masks” and my skin’s too oily for most “illuminating” light make-up. This isn’t a matte finish, nor is it glowing. I’d say it’s a subtle sheen that covers the red splotches and “veiny” skin. It deflects fine lines and moderate wrinkles well. I also have trouble getting foundations that are light enough for my ridiculously pale, translucent skin. I ordered the Jorunn 201 and it’s a perfect match for me. Idun wears well, lasting about 8 hours with minimal rub-off. And, thankfully, it’s not greasy enough to do any sliding. It removes easily with my cream cleanser. No breakouts, and I’ve been using it for about a month now. My pale, sensitive skin loves it. Very pleased!

I love this foundation!! I ordered it because I am about 70% Scandinavian in heritage, so figured that a foundation made there would be good for me. Previously I spent likely double the amount in department stores for foundation, but decided to take a chance on this. What I found was that this stuff is amazing!! It covers well, and yet it’s so light. The shade matches perfectly with my skin, and lasts all day.

Very Nice Foundation But Not As Dewy As I Need
(I’m Doug’s girlfriend.) It is a very nice foundation and the shade was very good on my skin but with my dry, damaged senior skin I need something more dewy. I found it to have more of a soft matte finish than a dewy finish on me. I did have my serum and moisturizer underneath it designed for dry skin. It might work better on top of Idun’s skin care products, I don’t know. My skin was badly damaged by a multi layer Jessner chemical peel decades ago so I need special products now.

Amazing product. The colour jorunn is just my perfect shade match, the texture is really lightweight but has decent coverage. Doesn’t last on forever if you don’t set it but with powder it hangs on for a full work day. Great.
