Worth giving it a try, love these
I’m absolutely in love with the NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Butter Gloss in Fortune Cookie (True Nude)! The color is perfect—it’s a beautiful nude that matches my skin tone so well and complements my makeup look every time. I also adore the butter-soft feel it gives my lips; it’s so smooth and comfortable without being sticky.The shine and gloss it adds are just the right amount of glam, making my lips look full and luscious. The size is super convenient too—small enough to carry with me everywhere, and I love that it doesn’t have any weird smell like some other glosses.This has definitely become one of my go-to products and a must-have for my makeup routine. Gorgeous color and long lasting
I wasn’t expecting to love this lip gloss as much as I do, but wow. The color is gorgeous without being loud, and it gives that perfect glossy finish that makes you feel a little extra put-together even on a tired day. It’s smooth, not sticky (major win), and somehow lasts through half a coffee without totally disappearing.The packaging is pretty, the applicator is actually nice to use, and it just feels… elevated. I’ve tried a lot of glosses, but this one’s officially in the “always in my bag” category. Highly recommend.

my absolute favorite. so pretty and so good with my lip combos, gives shine and to me doesn’t dry fast cause i layer a clear gloss on top of my lip combos. smells really good too.

Looks scary but subtle and gorgeous!
The rocky road is a beautiful subtle shade. I don’t wear bold colors and was worried this would be really dramatic. It’s not. My bare lips are visible through it. I’d call it more of a brownish shade. Brownish-burgundy maybe. Something I could wear daily and without hesitation. I’m very pleased. Photo posted with bare lips, bathroom light and window light. And a tissue dab sample.Creamy texture, not quite sticky. The color of the packaging on here is very red and in person it is a dark brownish. And the applicator looks dark as well. But this is a gloss through-and-through.I haven’t worn this more than a try-on so I can’t comment on the wear or transfer.

Beautiful color with high shine
Beautiful color (Marshmallow/muted lilac). Product is shiny and moisturizing. This butter gloss appears to plump, even though that’s not how it’s advertised. It stays on nicely. Its just slightly sticky as most glosses are, but much less sticky than anything else I have tried. For the price, product lasts longer than a lot of glosses, however, when it gets low the wand does not reach to the bottom to get all of the gloss out. I use a longer cotton swab to reach the remainder of the gloss!

Her new favorite gloss
I picked this up for my girlfriend because she’s always looking for a good mauve, and she says the Angel Food Cake shade is the perfect everyday color. She loves that it isn’t sticky like other brands and keeps her lips feeling soft even after it wears off. It smells really sweet like vanilla, and she’s already asked me to get her a couple more colors for her purse.

Major color difference
I ordered what I thought was a bright, but rich red (the rocky road color) and what arrived was a very deep, almost mulberry or cranberry wine color. Its closer to a brownish purple than the bright red pictured. And since there’s no label on the product that lists the color, for all i know they sent me the wrong color. I dont know.Now, this stuff is really thick. I dont use colored lip gloss, so I dont know how it compares to others, but it seems thick and a bit streaky. It goes on very pigmented, but does get rather sheer if you spread it around. The color is really pretty (even if it isnt what I thought i was getting) but I have to basically dab on, because just one swipe gives me a purple mouth and makes me look a bit clown like.It feels pretty sticky when you first put it on. Its a bit hard to spread. It seems like it dries my lips out, so I’ve been making sure to put some lip balm on shortly before. It also tingles a bit? I’m not sure if it’s supposed to? It does smell very good though, a really weird buttery smell that’s honestly really delicious.I’m not crazy about the applicator as it seems pretty small, but its also really hard to get product on more than just the tip. And I cant swipe it on, because the lip gloss itself is wayyy to pigmented, and since its such a deep, full coverage color it looks really bad.All in all, I’m not that crazy about it. Maybe a different color would be better, but I’m a bit hesitant to try another since this was so inaccurate to the item pictured. I don’t want to spend money on something I can’t really, or don’t want to, use, ya know?

Love it!But works better as a lipstain. Putting too much ruins the consistency (it gets uneven? Even on chocolate skin) but as a stainer and moisture is really good! I’d purchase again!
