High quality product
Works really well to remove frizz and make hair slick and soft. Not shiny or oily. Feels like a really high quality product.Would love to keep using but is quite expensive for the size.

Helps tame frizz, mild scent
The Shu Uemura Hair Serum is great on my hair. For reference I am 39 with long, fairly straight, normal hair. The product did not come with any direction to use. I just pumped a couple of this to my palms and applied it to my lengths and tips. This hair serum has the consistency of a leave-on conditioner. When applied on hair, it feels as if you’re applying conditioner. As you smoothen it to the rest of your hair and brushing it, hair feels tamed and not frizzy. I like to use this when I put my hair down. My hair feels soft and very manageable. It has a mild scent. Very subtle scent which is great especially if you are already using a scented shampoo. The bottle comes with a lot of product in it so I can say this would last me months of use.Overall, I would definitely recommend this product!

It helps the frizzy hair settle
This is a great shu quality. My daughter has frizzy hair, and she doesn’t like to put too many products on her hair. This product is mildly scented, so it was ok by her standards. we applied for a few days and definitely saw an improvement in the frizziness. Even though its expensive you use a little with the spray bottle it comes in and therefore should last longer than expected. The hair health definitely seems improved. I am not sure if its going to help with split ends but its definitely working on frizz.

A big fan of shu uemura, tried the rest and sticking with one of the best.
I keep buying this as my new go to lineup of quality hair product for one reason, it works! We have very hard water, and our hair, scalp, and ski pay the price daily. Luckily we stumbled upon shu uemura brand by chance, and we are true believers in the products after trying multiple haircare items from their lineup.It might be pricey stuff but, after buy pharmacy haircare products, or going to big superstores and buying expensive 2nd tier brand hair products, we’ve settled that it’s all inferior to what we have from shu.The hair serum spray works to control any pop-ups, frizz, and as I am getting older and the random grey’s start showing up, they love to go wirey and stick out, this spray serum controls the runaways very well. The aroma is pleasant and I have a smell sensitivity, so no worries from me.Split-ends, yes I hate them, and that’s the other reason I got this to control, and prevent them less frequently, and the added benefit of the spray serum is the shine, just amazing how healthy my hair looks and feels.I’ll say it again, this is my go to brand on amazon. I’ve tried the rest, failed, and now going with a top tier product to protect, moisturize, and give my hair all the help it needs to stay healthy daily.

Worth saving up for – it’s AMAZING for frizzy hair!
My hair is thin and ridiculously frizzy with a lot of flyaways (see the ‘Before’ picture I posted.) I’ve just been rubbing a small-ish amount of this product between my palms and then putting it all over my dry hair except not on my roots (the instructions say you could put it on wet hair too.) It instantly changes my hair from a frizzy and dry disaster to softer, fairly normal looking hair (see the ‘After’ picture I posted.) It’s almost the effect of using a straightener to tame it without risking heat damage. I’m not finding that it makes my already oily hair any greasier either. It does need to be reapplied for touch-ups throughout my day, but I can still see and feel some of the original effects of it even without using more. I can’t wait to see how it helps my hair long term. Unfortunately, it’s not in a big bottle so it’s not going to last as long as I’d want a product to last at this luxury price. I admit that because of the high cost, I was a little bit hoping that I wouldn’t want to re-order it when it runs out. But it’s already been so helpful to my hair, that I can’t see not buying a replacement.

Excellent!!
First off, this stuff smells amazing!! It’s a cream consistency. I like that I can control how much I want. It really did help tame the frizz and fly aways! And I just love the smell. A little goes a long ways so this will last while. I’d recommend if you’re in the market for a product to take the frizz!!

Overall, effective product
After shampooing my hair today, I used the serum and now have the following feedback. Although there are some negative comments, most of them have to do with the packaging of the product. Overall, the effectiveness of the product itself is positive. I hope this info will be helpful in making your decision.NEGATIVE:-No security seal for sanitation, plus the product leaked to outside of bottle-Cardboard outer sleeve was crushed, torn and looked a thousand years old-A bit of chemical scent to the serum-Teeny, tiny instructions on bottle and outer package that is next to impossible to readNOTE: After using magnifying glass to read, the directions are to use after shampooing on either wet or dry hair. You can divide hair into sections and apply throughout the section from top to bottom or you can just apply to the ends if that’s where you need it most. I personally applied lightly to each entire section since I have fly-away dry gray hair, but I concentrated the most serum on the ends.POSITIVE:+Definitely calms stray hairs and gives smoother, shinier finish+Although a bit of chemical scent, there’s an undertone of citrus+Good dispenser that allows small amount to flow into your palm, which is all you need+Healthy ingredients – I took photo of magnified section of outer box to give you an idea of them
