Great Serum for Exfoliation.
This is a very interesting serum. I researched Spongilla TECH 10,000PPM because I had never heard of it before; it sounds like a very effective delivery system to get ingredients into the skin. I do not have acne but I do want to take advantage of the exfoliation provided by the Salicylic Acid and Glycolic Acid in this serum. I definitely feel a tingle when I apply this serum to my skin that lets me know it’s getting to work. I have just 3 small areas on my face that really needs the focus of this serum; on the rest of my face I will continue to use my usual AHA/BHA products.I did have an issue with the unusual tube and applicator (I am certain it is operator error.) When I using it, all of a sudden the two pieces of the container came apart. When I tried to put it back together, an air bubble must have gotten lodged somewhere in the tube and I had to eject some of the serum out to get it to all work again. I felt terrible wasting that small amount but it is all back together now and working well. So, my advice is, don’t do what I did. Handle it more carefully than I did.I will continue to use it every night on my problem spots that need serious exfoliation attention. I think this serum is just what my face needs.

When applied, there is a very noticeable prickly stinging sensation from the micro spicules (hydrolyzed sponge). I’ve used spicule serums before, so I was prepared for the needle-like feeling, but this one was quite intense compared to serums meant for the whole face.The micro spicules work their way under the blemishes instead of just treating the surface, but be aware that it’s not an overnight treatment that instantly dries a zit out. It can take a few days to see results, but the benefit is that it treats the infection deep within the pore rather than just playing “whack-a-mole” with a breakout at the surface.

Gets rid of zits! Period.
I got this as more of a “just in case” product to use as needed, not for an immediate need. However, 2 days after it arrived a whitehead pimple showed up just above my lip. I placed a small amount on it at bedtime during my regular evening facial routine. I had forgotten about it when I woke up, but once I noticed it in the mirror I was astounded! The entire whitehead was gone. This product worked as advertised and I could not be happier! I’ve told several friends and family members about it, too. I definitely recommend this product if you have periodic problem acne.
