I love this stuff. The Amika mousse actually gives my thick hair volume that lasts without making it feel stiff or crunchy. It’s lightweight but still holds my style all day, and it smells incredible — like a fresh salon scent that isn’t overpowering.Most mousses make my hair feel heavy or sticky, but this one keeps it soft and bouncy instead. A little goes a long way, which I appreciate since it’s not cheap. Great hold, but a little sticky to work through on wet hair
I purchased this travel size in order to sample this product. I have fine, thin hair. This definitely has good hold! And the smell is great, and dispenser is easy to use. They way I use it is applying it to my wet hair, then blowing out with a round brush. I’ve found it to be “sticky,” not so much to the touch, but in that it’s much harder to roll my brush through my wet hair when blow-drying. I suppose that makes sense, because it’s a heavy-holding product that attaches to the hair strands. Nevertheless, I like the hold but find it a little harder to work with during blow-drying. I haven’t decided yet if I’ll repurchase, or if I’ll go back to my previous brand which is more of a medium hold.

Defective application
Just like many others here, mine stopped coming out shortly after I bought it. The problem is the large can. The smaller sized works fine. This is a nice product so I buy the small one.

I love this hair mousse as it’s the only one I’ve ever used that does what it says on the tin !! It’s more expensive than many but you get what you pay for I’ve got short very fine hair and this mousse really gives me good volume and hold without feeling sticky and my gaur still feels soft.

This is a great styling mousse…it was recommended to me by my hairdresser to give my hair a bit more texture & it works…don’t use too much as it can make your hair sticky & at the price you definitely don’t want to be using too much 😬 but definitely worth the money!! Smells nice too ☺️

I usually use this brand for shampoo/ conditioner, hair mask etc and I LOVE it, but I’m so disappointed with this mousse. It just leaves my hair sticky and heavy…. my hair is straight and flat and I was looking for something that would give volume and that helps the blow-dry to last but definitely this is not the right product for me.
