Good coverage, lightweight formula, prefer tube over this unsanitary wand applicator
I’ve been using the original tarte maracuja creaseless concealer for years but they discontinued it some time ago and I have a good backup Supply but I’m always keeping an eye out for a replacement for when I eventually finish that. The design of that concealer tube is a small enclosed tube with a very tiny tip that you squeeze the concealer out of onto your fingertip and apply it that way. Like professional makeup artist suppliers do so it keeps the contents sanitary and it prevents unnecessary error from getting into the concealer container which ultimately dries out the concealer. So that tube design is perfect for a concealer that you don’t use a lot of because it allows the tube to last for well over a year or longer. With that concealer you need such a tiny amount for keeping moisture around the eye area which is what I use it for more than the concealer aspect, a tube lasts me well over a year because of the fact that it’s a tube form and the formula doesn’t dry out because you’re not constantly introducing air or bacteria into it. While this Bobby Brown concealer has a nice consistency and provides good lightweight coverage around the eye area without drying, these wand applicators are constantly introducing air and bacteria into the tube so by Design the concealer itself is going to last for a much shorter time period there’s no way to avoid it drying out or introducing bacteria if you ever actually touch the wand tip. I don’t have dark circles around my eyes so I really only use a concealer around my eyes that is an oily base moist consistency just to keep my eye area hydrated all day. Also I’m not a fan of this Bobby Brown applicator tip in general. When I first opened it I thought maybe the tip had opened up or broken but it’s actually designed that way so it brings a big huge glob of concealer out every time you remove the wand from the tube meaning you’re going to get even more air exposure to the concealer that you can’t help avoid taking out of the tube. I think it’s just a very poor design and very wasteful not to mention unhygienic. I would have expected Bobby Brown brand to do better because it started as a professional makeup artist line and there’s no makeup artist that is going to want to be constantly introducing bacteria into their kit and transferring it from one client to another.Other than that the color match is good for me. The ivory color that I got is a good match for the maracuja creaseless concealer Light color. The consistency is good and it’s easy to apply. It doesn’t look any better or different from the tarte maracuja creaseless concealer so that’s a plus. And it does feel hydrating which is the primary reason that I use this type of concealer around my eyes. But the fact that it comes in this wand form factor instead of a more hygienic, longer lasting tiny tip tube form factor, I probably won’t be purchasing it again.

Natural Coverage That Feel Like Skin
I really love this concealer. It gives great coverage without feeling heavy or thick. I hate that cakey makeup feeling on my face, but this doesn’t have that at all. It goes on smooth, feels super natural, and looks like real skin, just more even. It’s the perfect balance, not too dry, not too oily. I use the shade Sand, which matches my skin tone perfectly. It blends right in and still covers everything I want it to. Honestly, it’s one of the best concealers I’ve ever used.

Best concealer!
I bought this concealer for myself because I exclusively use Bobbi Brown products and I was very excited to use it. It goes on easy, it stays on during the day, and it comes off easily when I wash my face in the evening. Highly recommend!

This concealer is a decent one. The formula is nice, it doesn’t feel too heavy or cakey whilst wearing. I didn’t notice much creasing either.I’m a little worried it’s just a bit too dark for my skin tone. Even though I am cool toned with fair to light skin. It’s very easy to apply. The wand is one of those wands that holds more product, so you get a lot of product. For me, I was able to do both eyes with one swipe. I didn’t have to put the wand back in the tube to get more product.The texture is nice as well, it doesn’t feel bad while wearing. It blends out really well too. It doesn’t dry down super fast, so you have enough time to blend. I don’t wear makeup for 8+ hours, but it did last the few hours I had this on.Ultimately, I think it’s a decent concealer. It does its job really well. You get a decent amount of product for the size, the only complaint I can see is you may not like using a wand for concealer. Where it could lead to bacteria getting inside the tube. Overall, I would recommend.
