Stopped running consistently *update*
I haven’t had this drill but 2 months and it stopped running consistently. It seems like a shortage in the wires because if I hold it a certain way or wiggle it around a bit then it’ll start to run again. I was disappointed in the product because I actually did my research on this product and thought I was getting a good one.*Update*Melody Susie company reached out to me and they were so helpful! They shipped me a brand new drill that came in today. It came with everything in it plus sand bits, drill bits etc. Super happy! Thank you melody Susie ☺️

Bad. Broke very soon and doesn’t go high speed
Horrible. Burns, gave out in a few months, and can’t go to a high speed. I wish I could return it but the window ran out and I wasted $50

battery issues was the only downfall
i would’ve gave it 5 stars because the drill itself is very easy to use and lightweight but i’ve been having battery issues and the drill turns off randomly during sets even though it’s not dead and not hot. i’ve had this drill for less a year and had a melody susie drill before this for a few years so sad that this model didn’t work for me 🥹 because the color and convenience is so perfect

Amazing
I do my nails at home and this is the best electric file I have bought. It is durable and good quality. I haven’t seen professionals use this exact brand and model. It cuts through gel like a dream and has great power. I haven’t even had to charge it yet, and I’ve had it for a few months now. I would buy this again and again.

it’s beautiful and smooth running, it doesn’t make too much noise and is easy to use. i also wasn’t expecting it to come with drill bits and sanding bands, but there’s a more than decent amount of both!💗💗

It is a nice file when it’s working, but it only runs about 10 or 15 minutes and then it just stops (even when starting off fully charged). Will start up again after recharging for a few minutes (and display shows fully charged) but it doesn’t last long.UPDATE – I reached out to Melodysusie and explained the issue, they sent me a replacement, which has been working great. Changed rating to 5 stars.

Edit: Got in touch with customer service and they were fantastic! They sent me a replacement hand piece free of charge and everything works great again!I purchased the SC32OD drill in Oct 2024. I have a footcare business and the drill was working perfectly. It’s been well taken care of and cleaned appropriately after each use. Today, mid client, it just stopped working. It was a major let down and a major disappointment as the drill is not even a year old.
