I feel like this is an error. I honestly didn’t expect it to work – it works great! I’m so happy! I don’t straighten my hair every day but I wanted to option. I bought this flat iron for my trip to Japan, and it worked perfectly! It heats up fast and even has a safety auto-shutoff after about 60 minutes, which is great. I love the color, though the logo started to melt a bit. It’s also easy to create waves, not just straighten hair. For the price, it’s a fantastic option, especially for travel. I prefer it over smaller, less comfortable travel irons. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a more affordable option.

Works but quality is suspect
This straightener worked well enough- it did it’s job. I wanted a straightener that could both curl and straighten, and this worked for both. However, I didn’t have it turned up to max heat, and it got so hot that it burned my fingers through the casing, which I didn’t love but was kinda like 🤷♀️ whatever about. The reason I’m sending it back and gave it 3 stars is a you can see in the picture, it got so hot through the casing that the logo started to melt and smear. Heats up well, love the locking mechanism, but the coloring on the writing will streak if you curl your hair with it.
